Delivery Information:
All delivery charges will be confirmed to you by email once an online order has been received.
Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion items must be shipped from outside Ireland in which case we require 21 days for delivery.

What happens when I place an order?
When you place an online order with Low-E Led Lighting you will receive an automated 'order confirmation' e-mail confirming that we received your order.
Once your credit card details have been accepted/authorised you will be notified that your order is being processed.
How do I pay for my order?
Our fully secure checkout allows you to input your credit card details online. If you wish to pay for your order by any other means please contact a Low-E Led Lighting representative.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Low-E-Led Lighting accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When will my credit card be charged?
Following a sale your credit card will be debited when your delivery is dispatched.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server. Your personal information is not stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once the order is shipped.
Return Policy:
If a product is defective in any way, please return it and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund the cost of the product. Please email or phone us within 7 days of receiving a defective product and then return it. A credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.
