Making a Purchase
Making a purchase with Low-E LED Lighting couldn't be easier. Just browse through our Catalogue of products, click on the item(s) that you wish to purchase and pop them into your shopping cart.
After you have finished your shopping click on "check out" and you will then be asked for a few details.
We at Low-E will ship to the UK and Ireland. If you are outside these regions and would like to purchase our products please email us.
Payment may be made by the following means:
Credit/Debit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Laser. You will be asked for a few details. Then your encrypted details will be sent to our secure server (REALEX).
Credit card details can also be sent in by fax or phone.
By cheque made payable to Low-E LED Lighting. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque is cleared.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
If you wish to pay by any other means please email us.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encryted in the software when the order is placed. No personal information is stored on our servers. Information is automatically deleted once your order is shipped.
Privacy Policy
Low-E LED Lighting are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not distribute our customer details to third parties and do not send marketing material to customers who have ordered online. The information that we obtain is solely used for the processing of your order.
Delivery
We process your order straight away. Stock items will be dispatched the same day providing the order is received before 11:30am. You will be advised of delivery within 1 working day of placing the order. If your item is out of stock we will notify you by email. You can either choose to wait for this good to become available or cancel your order. In the event of an unavoidable delay you will be contacted by a representative. Please note that the date you can expect to receive your purchase is determined by the method of shipment and where your parcel is being shipped.
Tax Charges
For orders made within the ROI 21% VAT is added. Orders made within Northern Ireland, UK and EU are VAT exempt.
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge is applied to all orders (free shipping on all orders over the value of €60.00 to Ireland and the UK only) to cover the costs of freight and packaging. At Low-E Lighting our delivery charge is based on the weight value of your order. Our delivery rate will vary depending on the location that your package is travelling to.
